Many Iranians do remember this picture and what is going on in it. In the government march on 13 aban, a woman without wearing hijab went between so many women with hijab and wearing the chador, and none of them attacked her; usually, this is impossible in Iran, and if you are out without wearing hijab, you will go to jail. Iranians called this kind of woman (the Swallow).
These women are working with the Islamic Republic.
Propaganda is one of the regime's most prominent organizations. They are man Khamenei merceries. Their job every day is to make things happening in Iran upside down because what the World thinks about them is crucial not to lose the system's legitimacy.
