Niloofar Hamedi

Niloofar Hamedi is an Iranian journalist who works for the reformist daily newspaper Shargh. She was arrested after taking a photo of Mahsa’s dead body and publishing them.

Niloofar took a picture of her parents, hugging and crying on each other shoulders.She also took another picture of her while she was lying in the bed and lots of pipes and medical wire connected her body to the machine.

These pictures were viral on the internet so Iranians knew what happened. Everyone is praying for her to be well again and they follow her news, regularly.

But after two days, shocking news scared everyone.

We lost her. Mahsa was gone. People were very angry. During this nasty regime, they tolerate everything, the expenses of goods, a million dollars in embezzlement, poverty, depravity, and the workforce that are young and educated but unemployed; and many other things.

But the people’s bearings were full. During those 43 years that Mullahs came to power, Islamic Republic leads their people with fear and poverty but enough was enough.
